The very first thing I always mention when people ask me about høly is the team environment. From day 1 it actually felt like a "family" and that's the most important factor.

The collaboration between co-workers is and always has been perfect, and the sharing of ideas between us raises the level of work that we produce.

1. Because there was no morning that i've said "oh shit! I have to go to work today", it always felt like moving from one home to another
2. As a designer, I like having the freedom to express my ideas even in their more abstract shape, and for them to be understood and valued by the team, and that happens here.

Plus: I get to work with the most creative people I know and steal their tips for free :)

Personally, it's the first time that I feel that I'm part of a team where I can actually be myself, completely genuinely, whilst feeling supported and encouraged to do so. I also feel that we are oriented towards aiding one another to reaching one's full potential.

Expressing one's ideas is encouraged and decision-making is strongly based on giving and receiving feedback openly and amicably.

Lastly, I love that creativity and curiosity are in abundance and that, even in stressful times, our environment remains pleasant and collaborative. For me, this type of work culture is incomparable to anything I've experienced so far.

I think the biggest strength is the culture of discussion and analyzing our design, process, and effect.

And how can you measure that? By having someone back you up, coaching instead of managing, room to let the developer know that ""you don't understand anything of what they’re talking about"". 
If you have an idea and a plan to achieve it, leadership will hear you out. 

People that want to create -with you- the most relatable, tear-jerking stories.

If you add to all that, the food parties and the dog(s) at the office, well... working at holy sounds pretty damn cool, right?

It's the best working environment I've ever worked in. There is an essentially horizontal structure and everyone can equally share their opinion and thoughts. HOLY is a free space where all members can interact and evolve while supporting each other. There have never been conflicts between members and any occasional tension is limited and due to the work's demanding nature itself. HOLY accepts everyone with their weaknesses and tries to motivate them toward their best self.
